The Council Clerk’s Office prepares and retains all minutes, agendas, and correspondence for the County Council, zoning, redevelopment agency, special district, and municipal bonding authority meetings. This office is the central hub for these public hearings. County departments, the media, and the general public may obtain information and copies of actions of these meetings from the Council Clerks.
