Partners in Democracy
Current Partners in Democracy Participants:

(Participant recognition does not imply the Clerk's Office endorses or supports the organizations participating in the Partners in Democracy Program.)
Every year, the Salt Lake County Clerk Elections Division faces the daunting task of recruiting thousands of volunteers to staff the polls on Election Day. We need your help! This year we are proud to introduce our Partners in Democracy Program - an exciting new initiative created to help engage the community in civic participation.
Increase your organization's visibility in the local community as a civic-minded organization by donating employees or volunteers to work on Election Day.
Examples of an Organization's Participation:
- Give volunteers paid or unpaid time off on Election Day
- Allow interested employees to take personal vacation time
- Offer additional incentives to encourage poll worker service
The Partners in Democracy Program will help elevate your organization's recognition and status as a civic-minded member of the community. Our program comes at no cost to you. We only ask for your support in encouraging Election Day service.
